FAITH-ROOTED · SERVICE-DRIVENPurpose in the work.
Excellence in the details.
I'm Mags, an experienced educator and operational leader with more than seven years in education and nonprofit leadership. As a Director of Education, I've built and scaled programs, developed processes, coordinated teams and stakeholders, led trainings, and managed the many details that make meaningful work possible. I know how to turn an ambitious idea into a practical plan—and stay with it through execution.
THE WAY I'VE ALWAYS WORKEDGive me the challenge. I'll figure out the path forward.
I didn't take the traditional route into education. I stepped into teaching, learned fast, and grew into leadership. Later, I stepped into a Director of Education role without a ready-made roadmap. I listened, researched, asked the right questions, built systems and programs, and followed through. It's how I've approached every new challenge—and how I show up for the founders I support.
My faith shapes the way I work: with integrity, intention, and genuine care for the people behind every business. Through church service and mission work, I've come to believe that work itself can be a mission field—and exceptional service is one way to live that out.
Women-led coaching, leadership, and training businesses sit at the intersection of what I know and what I care about. I understand the learning experience and the people, timelines, systems, and follow-through required to deliver it. I want to help women share their expertise and create meaningful growth for others without personally carrying every operational detail.
Light Work by Mags brings that education-and-operations perspective together in one proactive partnership. Your vision deserves someone who understands what you're delivering and what it takes behind the scenes to deliver it well.
Exceptional service isn't just getting things done. It's taking ownership, anticipating needs, and following through.
